this is the dining plus kitchen. supposedly ada wall partition between the kitchen and dining. tp owner buang and instead the put a sliding door. the feature wall at the dining hall is from wallpaper.
so this is the view from inside the kitchen with the sliding door. mmg cool sgt tp bila u slides open the door, ur taking the space behind the wall yg depan sinki. mean to say kat wall tu mmg tak leh buat built in cabinet and tak leh letak barang. erk...paham ker?? tp mmg smart la concept sliding door ni
the kitchen cabinet, ok gak la. i like the colour tp sbb dah ramai sgt org guna colour cenggini so i'm already thinking of something else. the owner panjangkan lagi dapur dia...so the wet kitchen outside is just enough for him to put his washing machine.
tpt sidai baju dekat wet kitchen....cool giler....kalau tgk picture sebelum ni kat wet kitchen tak nampak bende ni. u can pusing2 this thing bagi dia turun and pusing balik naik atas....wah!! i must buy this thing. but was already thinking of buying a dryer....so to buy or not to buy a dryer?
the master bedroom...just as what as i was thinking except for the colour of the cabinet. i am so planning to change the parkir flooring into laminated flooring so that it can gave a spacious impression of the room.

the bathroom door. cantik gilerr....sekeping RM650. the original door mmg buruk nak mampus....i am soooo gonna change into this as well.
totally makeover bathroom. tiles semua dia bukak and put a new one. dia guna darker tiles tp bathroom dia nampak even bigger. the lady said the original tiles tu jenis tebal...yg ni jenis nipis...
wahhhhhhhhh...very nice. cuma satu jer la...maintenance susah sket belah atas tuh100k for all these...i didnt take pictures of the living room sbb tak minat sgt. the built in tv cabinet dia tak lawa sgt...lawa lagi my red apple tv cabinet. anyway, even kat living room, dining and along the corridor nak ke bedroom semua dia tukar tiles baru. something bigger and more glowy. even the other two rooms pun dia buat built in bedframe and cabinet...sbb tu mahal kot.
tgk workmanship derang mmg bagus. worker dia dua org, one chinese and one singh guy. no indonesian. me and mr evil dah discuss...kalau pikir malas mmg nak amik jer derang ni nanti. but of course we're not gonna do this kind of heavy make-over. mana nak cari duit. yg penting dapur, tukar pintu bathroom and cabinets for the main room. derang ni dah berkampung kat d'rimba since end of last year....from one unit to another unit doin renovation.

drimba ni near kota damansara ke ada anotehr drimba? masa i jenjalan kat kD hari tu ada nampak satu drimba too, my fren bought a place there tapi apa ntah dia komplen pasal developer. tak ingat.
i suker dia punya ceiling, lagipun the main criteria for my house is to have long runaway-like area...senang nak practice catwalk!

yg kat KD tu la kan...near the polo club tuh. kat drimba diff contractor buat diff block...so ada a few blocks tu mmg teruk giler defect (ex: dinding senget). ours nasib baik takdak per just leaking kat toilet master bedroom. so skang tgh repair. tuh nasib baik org atas bawah kiri kanan dah masuk duduk. so boleh detect awal the leaking before we moved in. other than that, mcm biasa lah management...monthly fees every mth kena bayar but service hampeh. kitorang tak rasa lg apa yg terok sbb lom duduk...maybe my entry next year full of maki hamun kat mgt drimba plak. skang ni lg kelaka baca kat yahoogroups, sesama residents pun nak sindir2 each other psl committee...hahahah. aku terujaa nak pindah KD ni...hr tu lalu happening nyer w'pun tak tau ceruk ujung dunia mana aku keje nanti (traffic pun nampak happening)

mmg sesuai sgt utk u kot...tp most apt mmg byk 'long runaway' mcm tu kan. plus with the lighting...kelesss sgt. tp jenuh ko nak sapu abuk atas plaster ceiling tu.

i dont have it with me now...next year maybe bila i balik m'sia? kalau nk lg gempak beli yg ada lanai or even yg ngadap swimming pool. tp masa time kitorang beli tuh...even units yg ada balcony pun sold out...so tinggal saki baki jerk masa tu...and that was in 2004. skang ni i notice ramai jugak nak jual balik or rent out.

aku kat section 5 jeh, near tol KD exit tuh. ada masjid color kuning tengah buat near my house, u wouldnt miss it. skang dah byk benda area ni, very convinient, and of course paling best the curve/ikano/ikea/tesco dekat sangat. hehe..
suggest you go to signature kitchen HQ in KD, opposite sri KDU school for the kitchen - ada showroom situ. kalau kena timing, ada discount best2. i serik pakai contractor on kitchen, sbb takde 10years or lifetime warranty for the hinges (liek signature kitchen has).
masjid tuh aku nampak...seberang jalan nak masuk umah aku. but why lah kolor kuning...hehehhe....i mean kuning dia sangat kuning...ihihihih

kalau tak silap, layout d'rimba samer je kan dgn d'shire, sect 4? pernah masuk tgk showunit d'rimba dulu.
our kitchen cabinet amik dgn mama kitchen kat KD gak. tak survey2 pun, pergi terus buat :D... punyer la malas. tapi kami just buat kat dry kitchen je, since time tu mmg dah confirm nak sewakan. biler nak duk sendiri nanti baru renovate lagi.
kalau kami balik US duk KD gak, means dkt2 je la kiter semua tinggal ;)
