pemansuhan peperiksaan Penilaian Tahap Kecekapan (PTK) - ader kah ini benar?? 100% benar?? this is so so so unbelievable!! so i kena amik ptk3 ke tak ni?? tp mesti dia ganti ngan something else ni.....ingat senang2 ke nak tarik balik 100%

honororium - actually i tak hadap sgt ni...sbb gaji pun baru naik ntah baper % hari tu kan. so mcm demanding la plak nak mintak lebih2.. but org kata gaji naik is another thing sbb dah lama tak revised....but then i tak rasa sgt maybe because this is only my 6th yr in the service kan.

out of the blue....mr evil was called for an interview at the MSD schedule today. but he plan not to go...dah seronok keje ngan mat salleh katanyer. i thot so too....everyday after work i would always ask him how's work....what do u chat with aireen. aireen ni gilfren dia kat opis.....hahaha....she's frm US...salu ajar kitorang how to cook western food....what to marinate what with what...where to go for vacation....where to shop....and most importantly when is the next SALES!!! i dunno her personally actually....we just 'communicate' thru mr evil...owh did i mention one fine day dia bagi i sebotol chilli oil utk rasa....brand lee kum kee kot...tp the brand name mmg ada kat m'sia. i think mr evil was chatting with her psl spicy food apa semua...then she suggested the chili oil. the next day terus bawak pi opis nak bagi i try...mr evil siap cakap u can just give me the brand name then we can buy...she said no, try it first if it suits u. punyer lah baik kannn.....tak pernah dlm sejarah org 'pinjamkan' bahan masakan dia kat i....

a very tiring day plus IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

very tiring!!! yesterday halfday at seremban to endorse 3 institutions performance appraisal totalling to around 300 staffs. and today...have to leave home as early as 6.30 a.m sbb kununnyer janji ngan driver 7 am to leave for melaka. 15 minit tunggu takdak org...dah gabra dah...miting kol 9am. it turns out ruper nyer 7.15...miscommunication ler plak between my kerani and the driver. sampai melaka just b4 9 am derang ajak breakfast dulu ngan pengarah2 semua. best gak pengarah2 zon selatan ni...semua selamber jer. around 9.30am maka bermulalah meeting endorsement sampai la 4.45pm with 3 short breaks. yg paling deepshit is of couse la me...ahli tetap dr 9.30 - 4.45 whereas all the other pengarah only came in when their turns come. kena endorse 8 institutions totalling to around 1500 staffs. huh!! masak - masak!!! paderhal dah plan ngan driver kalau abih awal leh ler nak pi tgk galeri yg baru rasmi tuh.....hancur harapan. anyway, it was fun w'pun penat...malu nak cakap tapi tetiba rasa hari ni mcm seronok plak keje penjara ni. hari ni jerr!!!

i have no idea how this QA course is gonna be like...i was hoping for a 100% just course where u just sit, listen and doze off to dreamland. but it turns out ada exam segala bagai...and worst is kena guna financial calculator. and for 5 weeks also i have to wake extra early to start my day. hopefully kelas abis awal so that boleh bersosial di kawasan yg sekitar dgnnya. and wani dont miss me...ni present lagu baru dong wook nyanyi....

lama tak update kan? nak buat camne....'busy' sangatkan. anyway...apa yg ko rasa bila:

case 1
u request ur staff to email u the softcopy of a letter becoz u want to do something editing. after nearly an hour he ask u " Puan, mcm mana nak attach file ni?"

pah rasa
ok lar...my mistake kot, kat sini penggunaan email outlook adalah pada tahap 0.001%

case 2
u request the same staff to copy another file into ur thumbdrive (note: penggunaan thumbdrive adalah sgt berleluasa disini, so shudnt be a prob). after a while, ur staff said " Puan, ni ade banyak ni, saya susah nak copy surat tuh. Puan tgk la yer kat page 39". and i was like" hah??" and kept thinking...surat 2 page apa hal sampai page 39 plak. and i got the shock of my life. tajuk file - 'surat menyurat ke K***'. click open the file...and woooooooooooo apa 50 pages ni. surat dr zaman tok kadok 2004 until now to one particular agency all in one word file. on another day, i took his thumbdrive to copy a file. found a word file 'memo'...and again...all memo back in 2004 until now...all in one word document. concept yg digunakan adalah, guna isi and tajuk lama just tukor tarikh dan apa2 yg patut.

tak tau nak rasa apa dah. nak suh derang buat sistematik folder, one letter one file etc etc...rasa mcm impossible sbb makin melambatkan kerja. i mean this is ppl yg dah nak dekat pencen and dah keje sini for like 5 - 10 yrs. erghhh.....what i do now is i re-type the letter/memo myself. lgpun kemaruk dah lama tak guna words ngan excel...baik re-type....lg cepat dr mintak softcopy. i am not complaining or mengutuk..but serius kesian kan.

case 3
i did some changes to our format memo. simple changes like heading, to, from, subj and font arial. the same staff susah betol nak follow...he still use the same old heading and font Times New Roman. i dont like letter/memo i sign written in TNR. after a while baru he make the initiative to copy my format into his thumbdrive. one fine day, i got one memo to sign. bahagian atas font Arial with exactly my format. bahagian bawah kat body...TNr....arghhhhhhhhh....huduh huduh!!! jatuh imej babe kalau sign

*ni baru 3 case....belom lg case2 kecik yg kekadang i have to close one eye and sign. kat sini jenis terus print atas letterhead...memula tuh mmg i would ask them to change some tatabahasa nyer mistake. a very simple and minor mistake. tp kalau dah asyik2 buat.....tak larat dah ni....sign jer ler buat tak nampak. am i being irresponsible??

Sleepy head

The weekend i'm looking forward to..applied the day off on friday..going to Terengganu visit my cz in law and her kids..that's gonna be fun. Anyway, today was a sleepy day for me coz didn't have much of sleep yesterday...tinkering around with this new blog till 2am and have to wake up really early to go the office for discussion with my boss. But, my boss was not available and postponed it to the afternoon at 6pm...man...I woke up early just for nothing.

The day went well, did not procastinate on some stuff..but decided not to call this guy from this college to confirm our roadshow..he's asking me to sponsor RM10k for their event..heck...and that's not even our client at all. .I can't even justify this to my boss..so fugedaboudit!
Drove to Shamelin and check out my business partner doing the roadshow...they are doing ok..but probably not well versed with the product they're selling..so i have to rolled my sleeve and do more demo to the audience..but I enjoyed that part. Talking to people on my product..what does it do..what the competitor can't do..they suck and stuff..hehehe

Drove back to office and do more boring stuff..my mind kept thinking bout the trip tomorrow...I can't concentrate..must concentrate..focus..i can't help it..resistance is futile...Bumped into my other boss...(fyi, I've got 2 boss since i'm in matrix organization) suddenly wallop me for not bringing any business..ouchh...but i think i already gotten used to it. I'm a thick face anyway..no harm done.

Not a productive day as I thought it would be in Monday...but what to do..i'm just a man..another pathetic excuse. Anyway starting next week I'll put down my weekly tasks starting from Saturday to Friday. By end of the week, I'm gonna evaluate my achievement. Tis to keep me focus on my priorities...some time too many unnecessary tasks that made you lose your focus and got carried away. Suddenly you realized that it's already friday and you have not done nuthin at all.
