Beef pie from Leftover daging telor

sambal belacan

Bahan-bahan

* satu mangkuk kecil chili padi
* 3-4 biji bwg merah
* setengah genggam ikan bilis
* 1-2 inci belacan
* garam secubit
* 2 sudu minyak masak
* limau kasturi

Cara-cara
1. Potong bwg. Chili padi belah dua (tips supaya tk meletup masa goreng)
2. Panaskan minyak. Masukkan bwg,cili padi, ikan bilis n belacan.. goreng lebih kurang 5 minit atau hingga layu.
3. Angkat and masukkan dlm lesung or just blend. tambahkan garam, gula & limau kasturi yg dah dipotong2. Tumbuk limau ngan kulit2 skali. kalau tak suka tak payah....just the juice will do

Ayam/Daging Goreng Telor

1 mangkuk hirisan ayam / daging
2-3 biji telur
10-15 biji cili padi (ikut pedas masing2) - hiris
1 labu bawang besar, hiris
3 biji bawang putih
Kicap
Sos tiram
1 sudu minyak bijan

Cara

1. tumis bawang besar, bawang putih and cili padi.
2. masukkan ayam. Goreng sehingga air ayam sedikit kering.
3. masukkan kicap, sos tiram dan minyak bijan.
4. masukkan telur, kacau 2-3 minit. siap.
5. sama ada berkuah atau kering, tak menjadi masalah

Mee Goreng Gulam

Two days in a row pi gulam mee just for the sake of trying their mee goreng.

So for me yg mmg pencinta mee goreng and kuew tiow goreng and dah biasa makan kat mee kamal anak bukit, mee goreng gulam adalah biasa2. But of course where can u get this style of cooking in kl kan except from gulam at the moment. So next time kalau terasa nak makan mee goreng ala mee kamal sila lah ke gulam. worth trying..tq yeen for the info!!

ramai org dok cakap psl Gulam Mee kat KD. So today, we went to check it out. I ordered mee rojak and abc. I didnt expect my mee rojak to be that cairrr...sekali pandang nampak mcm mee rebus. But not bad la..ada rasa. Mr evil ordered sup campur. they shud have named it sup campur blackpepper...kuat betol rasa blackpepper. Org sebelah ni dok makan sup gearbox nampak menggiurkan sungguh. Overall, ok lah. But the open gerai concept is interesting.

this arrived last week. bak kata yani "yg merantai jiwa"....actually this is not THE ONE. yg merantai jiwa is from another famous shop yg terkenal dgn low quality. so amik the 2nd best jerk lah

but anywa, when this arrived last sunday....i was not around to received it. the other half was there. already reminded him to check on any defects. tp ada gak yg terlepas. every single corner i csi!! i thank god for my sharp eyes....hehehe. ada satu part kat tiang byk2 tu dah patah plus sideboard dia cat tak even. so telefon kedai and ask for a replacement...super duper easy....jumaat ni derang hantar terus yg baru and dtg collect yg ni. yeay!!! next one tunggu installation of my 9 foot long cabinet. langsir semua dah siap except the one frm macy...but just too lazy to go and collect it. apa lagi?? ish display cabinet tak jumpa lagi!!!

p/s: i think i have completely screwed up my working life today....hahhahaha

if u ask me, i dont mind paying as long as ada parking. why not buat bangunan parking bertingkat tuh...jalan sebesar2 alam kat area presint 1 tuh why not kecik kan sket and bg some space sket for the building. to take the bus and travel around putrajaya to attend a meeting is easier said than done knowing that rakyat m'sia ni mcm mana kan (termasuk lah diri sendrik). those staying there pun i dont think they wouldnt want to travel to work by bus....esp those yg kena send off their kids to school or nurseries....lecehnyer. since they have already started this saman menyaman, lepas ni have to take the office car la to putrajaya which i dont mind kalau afternoon meeting. kalau morning meeting kena sampai extra early la nii....aisey...there goes my beauty sleep

KEKURANGAN tempat letak kenderaan awam menyukarkan pelawat yang ingin berurusan di pejabat kerajaan sekitar Putrajaya.

Perbadanan Putrajaya diberi kuasa kompaun kenderaan di bahu jalan, lokasi tak dibenarkan

PUTRAJAYA: Tiada lagi tempat letak kereta percuma di Kompleks A, B, C, D dan E di Pusat Pentadbiran Kerajaan Persekutuan ini bermula 1 Disember ini, manakala mulai 1 Oktober lalu, penguat kuasa Perbadanan Putrajaya (PPj) diberi kuasa mengkompaun kenderaan yang diletakkan di bahu jalan atau lokasi tidak dibenarkan.

Ia adalah antara usaha diambil dalam usaha PPj mengatasi isu kekurangan tempat letak kereta yang semakin meruncing di kompleks kerajaan itu.

Pengarah Jabatan Perancangan Bandar PPj, Datuk Abdul Ghani Ahmad, berkata pada masa sama langkah itu diharap dapat mendorong orang ramai khususnya kakitangan kerajaan menggunakan pengangkutan awam khususnya bas Nadi Putra untuk ke pejabat.

Beliau berkata, pihaknya juga akan menambah lebih 500 kawasan letak kenderaan bagi kegunaan orang ramai khususnya pelawat dan pengunjung Putrajaya yang ingin berurusan dengan kementerian atau jabatan kerajaan di beberapa kawasan berhampiran kompleks bangunan kerajaan.

“PPj sudah melaksanakan pelbagai strategi untuk membendung masalah kekurangan kawasan meletak kenderaan di kompleks bangunan kerajaan yang semakin meruncing sejak kebelakangan ini.
KENDERAAN pelawat yang diletakkan di bahu jalan di laluan masuk ke Blok C, D dan E, manakala (gambar kanan) kenderaan terdedah risiko kena saman.

“Ia termasuk menambah jumlah bas Nadi Putra dan kekerapan laluannya, selain menambah jumlah kawasan meletakkan kenderaan.

“Namun, masalah ini tidak akan selesai tanpa kerjasama kakitangan awam sendiri yang menjadi penghuni Putrajaya kerana matlamat asal penyediaan perkhidmatan bas Nadi Putra adalah untuk kemudahan mereka,” katanya.

Beliau berkata demikian ketika mengulas rungutan orang ramai khususnya pengunjung Putrajaya mengenai masalah kawasan meletak kenderaan untuk orang awam atau pelawat di Kompleks A, B, C, D dan E, selain kurang sambutan kakitangan awam terhadap perkhidmatan bas Nadi Putra.

Mengulas lanjut, Abdul Ghani berkata, usaha mengawal kemasukan kenderaan milik kakitangan awam ke kompleks bangunan kerajaan juga sedang dilakukan menerusi kajian semula kaedah agihan pelekat kenderaan kepada kakitangan awam.

Pada masa sama, beliau berkata, PPj menggalakkan kakitangan awam berkongsi kenderaan atau menggunakan kemudahan Park n Ride untuk mengurangkan kesesakan.

Dalam pada itu, katanya, mulai 1 Oktober lalu semua kenderaan yang diletakkan di bahu jalan atau di kawasan yang tidak dibenarkan akan dikenakan kompaun sebanyak RM100.

“Sebelum ini, Bahagian Penguatkuasa PPj tidak mempunyai kuasa untuk mengenakan kompaun ke atas kenderaan yang diletakkan di bahu jalan atau lain-lain kawasan yang tidak dibenarkan dan saman hanya boleh dikeluarkan polis trafik.

“Dengan adanya kuasa mengenakan kompaun ini, diharap masalah ini dapat diatasi,” katanya.

I've been on LDP for almost 45min and managed to cover only 8km. Bored and sleepy..when i saw that huge advert. At first i thot some spca adopt a dog thingy but after reading the title..i'm quite surprised. A very wealthy owner misses her dogs...and put up that billboard...ur lucky dog!

My first.....

There is always my first...like my first step..my first car...my first big fight..sorta coming of age movie.. And we learn thru this trial and error period..wat makes us tick.
So today, i received my first nasty email from my business partner. I haven't had those since i left Oz mid 2007. It does bring back memories..well during that time..the guy was calling me due to some deliverables we cannot accomodate. Bunch of profanity words came out..yelling..me running back and forth to resolve the issue in the most amicable and civilised manner. But after everything settled..he sent a 3 pager email..yes a freakin long email thanking me and the team for resolving it..plus we became good frens.
Anyways, coming back to this new email...does it get to me?..nope...i'm just sad when ppl starts hiding behind a monitor and becomes keyboard warrior.. I've read somewhere in an online forum...where flame war began...a poster finally came to his senses and posted a comment '' winning an argument on internet is like winning the gold medal in special olympics...ur a winner but still a retard''...crude but it makes sense..
And i hate when ppl playing hide behind an email to do work. Just sends email here and there..and hope the receiving end will start working on it. There's more to it than being an email pusher...why not just pick up the phone..and do the proper follow thru..heck even monkeys can be taught to hit the Send button!
So, hunn..that's why i need to play golf..to get away from those keyboard bashing monkeys......

Yesterday kami gi macy to check out any interesting curtain fabrics. takde yg berkenan sgt so naik atas cuci mata. Hubby saw this one L shaped sofa. Dia dr dulu lg mmg suka sgt ngan L shaped. But not me sbb sll L shaped ni bulky. But this time the size is just nice. tak besar sgt just nice for our small apt. So i let him buy. But of course i pilih kolor...something redish orangish...semua plain. memula ingat nak amik gak body stripe and base dia plain. nasib baik teringat cushion cover KAS yg berlambak2 tu plus sepsg cushion cover dr india member bg...sgt tak kena kalau sofa corak2. So plain jer lahh.

Durian buffet

Saw their review in The Star couple of weeks ago..so we figured..what the heck...only RM9 per person..
So we drove there after dinner hoping for a good durian bargain. But the durianss2.com folks already depleted their stocks for the buffet..so instead we went to their competitor..rm10 per person..the 1st one wasn't to our liking..so we opted not to dive in and asked for seconds...and soon third. Not as good as the per kg..but it's a bargain
They're bunch of stalls selling the same thing and i'm guessing any other stall will taste the same..coz it's not like this joint got a better chef or fresher produce...it's from a tree...maybe variation in term of type..but that's it.

Fish Head Curry

This place is quite famous for the dish. My fren brought me here yesterday and walloped that dish with fried chicken and squid..all in RM50 for 2 person..not sure whether it's worth it or not coz the stall is at the roadside..covered by a big tree.It was noon...pretty warm for a curry i'd say..not that many variety..just the curry with vegies..and the rest are fried stuff. That's it and ppl are coming in droves lining up..even mat salleh!
