the best car rental in sydney and perth wud be bayswater. But they only have cars, if u want mpv then kena check out budget car rental or hertz.
I dont have any frens in perth but u can try browsing wotif.com. I always do my booking there. But it will only entertain last minute bookings. Nanti i email
