me too this is what we had for lunch today me trying to be creative did some adjustment on the balance of the marinated mixture sauce it turns out great....

serai blend + bwg putih blend + bwg merah blend + cili kering blend + kicap + sos Ikan + honey + olive oil + garam + gula = marinate
masa nak bakar mesti ada lebih kuah marinate tuh....so masak atas api bagi pekat sikit boleh tambah honey...pehtu tgh ayam dok masak...bwk kuar...sapu belah atas...sambung bakar...pehtu agak2 kegaringan menepati citarasa, leh bawak kuar..and terbalikkan...and sapu lagi sos marinate...and bakar sampai tahap kepuasan masing2.
kalau kuah marinate ada lebih...buh air bagi byk sikit...masa ni leh godek2 rasa camne ko nak..nak tambah honey ker...garam ker gula ker...agak2 taste dah kena...buh secamca tepoung jagung yg sudah dibancuh air agar ianya pekat. sekian
kalau terlebih pekat plak....tambah jerk air masak sket sebelum curah atas ayam utk dingap
