today we spend our sunday just the way we had it planned...
we had ayam bakar for lunch...testing out our new roasting rack that we got yesterday from eastgarden....kat sini drumstick and chicken wing is the cheapest part. no wonder masa kat m'sia hall everything (masak kari ke sambal ker goreng ker etc ect) it must be either drumstick or chicken wing, but just look at the drumstick...gabak kan? mmg drumstick kat sini gabak2...ntah dia cucuk ngan apa la agaknyer

share sikit resepi ayam bakar tu..nampak mcm sedap jerr..boleh aku cuba kat sini..ko bakar guna oven ker dapur? dapur aku dapur electric la pulak beb..takde api..
lagi satu..ada satu buku kat atas tikar tu tajuk dia 'the world is flat' kerr..?..mcm kenal je sbb aku ada satu..interesting book but i needed a bit of motivation to finish it..hehh..
aku belasah jerk ayam bakar tuh...aku marinate dgn halia...bawang merah...bawang putih...serai (semua blend)...sos ikan...sos tiram..sos honey bbq....gula sket...garam sket...marinate satu mlm. dapor aku pun letrik....grill temp 200 degrees...tp mmg lazat la (puji diri sendrik)
