The torture machine

Today, my rehab manager told me he'll going to introduce me with a new toy. I was very excited indeed. The current contraption doesn't excites me anymore. So when he asked me to go to the other room..lay on my back...strapped me on like I'm a mental patient and gave a panic button..and says..if anything wrong happen..press this button. I was like..WTF!
Anyway..this thing sorta those archaic torture machine that pulls ur limb and split u up like twigs..but this one only pulls the waist downward and relaxes the spine...niceee..so I think I'm gonna like this torture chamber.

My new best friend

Since a month ago, this contraption has been my new best friend. It gives a mild electric surge on my back..sorta deep massage sensation. But not with happy ending.
There is another one machine the physio folks put on me..it's an ultrasound. The first time they prepped the machine I did freak out a bit and told them I'm not pregnant. So this girl explained in length the machine does rejuvenation and recovery of muscle and tissue cell..not looking into babies..okay..got it..

Beef pie from Leftover daging telor

Bahan-bahan

* satu mangkuk kecil chili padi
* 3-4 biji bwg merah
* setengah genggam ikan bilis
* 1-2 inci belacan
* garam secubit
* 2 sudu minyak masak
* limau kasturi

Cara-cara
1. Potong bwg. Chili padi belah dua (tips supaya tk meletup masa goreng)
2. Panaskan minyak. Masukkan bwg,cili padi, ikan bilis n belacan.. goreng lebih kurang 5 minit atau hingga layu.
3. Angkat and masukkan dlm lesung or just blend. tambahkan garam, gula & limau kasturi yg dah dipotong2. Tumbuk limau ngan kulit2 skali. kalau tak suka tak payah....just the juice will do

Ayam/Daging Goreng Telor

ayam/daging goreng telur

1 mangkuk hirisan ayam / daging
2-3 biji telur
10-15 biji cili padi (ikut pedas masing2) - hiris
1 labu bawang besar, hiris
3 biji bawang putih
Kicap
Sos tiram
1 sudu minyak bijan

Cara

1. tumis bawang besar, bawang putih and cili padi.
2. masukkan ayam. Goreng sehingga air ayam sedikit kering.
3. masukkan kicap, sos tiram dan minyak bijan.
4. masukkan telur, kacau 2-3 minit. siap.
5. sama ada berkuah atau kering, tak menjadi masalah

Our last piece

Finally today, after much deliberation..we decided to get a dining table and a bookcase. We've grown tired dining with the wobbly picnic table..and those boxes of book are an eye sore. So our home is almost complete. We're still undecided abt the frames though..

Mee Goreng Gulam

Two days in a row pi gulam mee just for the sake of trying their mee goreng.

So for me yg mmg pencinta mee goreng and kuew tiow goreng and dah biasa makan kat mee kamal anak bukit, mee goreng gulam adalah biasa2. But of course where can u get this style of cooking in kl kan except from gulam at the moment. So next time kalau terasa nak makan mee goreng ala mee kamal sila lah ke gulam. worth trying..tq yeen for the info!!

Mlm ni nak try kat mana plak yerk...any ideas KDians???

ramai org dok cakap psl Gulam Mee kat KD. So today, we went to check it out. I ordered mee rojak and abc. I didnt expect my mee rojak to be that cairrr...sekali pandang nampak mcm mee rebus. But not bad la..ada rasa. Mr evil ordered sup campur. they shud have named it sup campur blackpepper...kuat betol rasa blackpepper. Org sebelah ni dok makan sup gearbox nampak menggiurkan sungguh. Overall, ok lah. But the open gerai concept is interesting.

My new toy

two weeks ago, i got myself two new toys to help me with my laundry. But somebody else got more excited abt it. So he has been doin the laundry since day 1 we got it. Infact his fav ques nowadays is 'ada lg tak baju nak basuh'
