i submit my take home exam today dgn perasaan riang gumbira....alalalalal. but then, during the lecture....had a chat regarding the paper with sharon....and she point out something...
sharon: i was writing the paper all the way about job analysis then only i realise the question is actually about job design...and i only manage to add just a bit on job design
me: isn't it about job analysis
sharon: nooo....its job design
me: let me see the question again
"What issues of HR planning and

Identify some approaches to good practice in one of the following area...bla bla bla"
me: shoooooot.....why am I doin on job analysis (sambil rasa nak hentak paler kat meja)
sharon to kelly: you know both of us did the question on job analysis
i cant concentrate throughout the lecture...pelik how could i see job design as job analysis...sib sharon pun silap...hehehe....ade gang but at least she manage to write a few lines on job design whereas i mention nothing on the issue.
sambil2 belek balik course outline then i think i knew what had actually happen...
me: sharon, i think i knew why...the required readings that we need to do our referencing for that topic are mostly on job analysis...thats why we screw up
sharon: yeah probably but i think its not a big problem. lots of ppl are confused with the question anyway.
arghhhh geram nyer....sib baik the exam have like 4 parts so hopefully dia tak take up a lot % but still i'm gonna email coral and tell her my mistake and hope she can consider it. lecturer sini sporting...one girl email her lecturer for another course saying that she might fail her mid term exam so is it possible if she can get an extra assignment so that it can cover the final marks.
anyway, i went back home and mengadu to who else but my beloved laki....terus dia angkat tangan berdoa sambil sengih macam kerang busukk....eiiiiiiiiiiiii.....my laki !!!! so geram tauuuuu. u guys sure terperanjat laki i leh doa mcm tuh....jahat!!! so what did he doa for? well, let just put it this way...he was hoping i could 'extend' my stay a little bit longer....kejam tak kejam. and this is not the first time....
last class for capstone, we're having our final presentation...so some ppl dressed to kill!!! owh!! thats reuben, he's a genius. his name is everywhere on the net....he create a pen that can sms or something like that.
my team, the powerpuffs girls - minus salin (from thailand) who came in late. Lan in Green from vietnam, Jane in black from China, Joey in cream from HK (she's a PR here but will return home to HK after graduating end of this year) and me from malaysia!! yerp, i think we are the only group that dont have any local ppl for this project and of course the only all-girls group. but we had so much fun. during the first few weeks of the semester, i was telling Tao another fren of mine how lucky she is to have a local english teacher as a group member but....it is actually a DISASTER! when u work as a team....you will either have 'sleeping-member' who couldnt care less about the progress of your report or an arrogant member who always think that he is always rite and in control of everything. but anyway, presentation yesterday was great. we had one guest evaluator for the presentation. and the best part is he pick me as the best presenter (not all members present). wah!! bangga ni kena puji first time in front of the class ni. 1stly because of my voice projection (mcm reality show plak)....i was very clear and loud....well actually....i am not fully recovered yet from my sore throat...so sore masih lagi kasar so thats why nampak mcm loud kot. other than that is how i stress on some of the key points and my eye contact with the audience and the slides adalah sgt consistent....wah!!! sorry la i have to write this in my blog...sounds poyo but i need to record this...ni kan my dear diary! it will bring back memories after reading it 1-2 years later....huuuu. the presentation yesterday wrap up my my capstone project. surely i'm gonna miss all the get-together discussion plus some GG session with the girls. walaupun kami berlainan negara dan culture...tp GG tetap GG okeh!!!
